iVMS-4200 iVMS-4200 - PES Failed Server port error?

Hello Everybody
I have installed iVMS-4200 V3.12.0.7_E, was working fine the 1st time. When I try to login I get Logging into PES Failed Server port error. I think the port number is clashing with another application.

1. • I have restarted - not working
   • I have tried to change the port number. - not working, just freezes
   • Uninstalled & installed again - not working

Is there anyway to change port number in registry or iVMS file?

I have installed iVMS-4200 Lite and it solved the problem.
