iVMS 4500 on Android picture too dark

The live view of all 4 cameras appears dark on the screen.
Interestingly if I take a print screen, in the screen shot the quality of the images is bright (like I would like it to be) but the actual live view isn't?
Is this a phone setting or an app setting? I have played around with settings and also googled it and found nothing.

By default the images on my Android using IVMS-4500 look just the same as on my PC browser, therefore I guess it's a phone brightness setting problem in your case?

I have my phone set to maximum brightness. I do have an old phone Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini not sure if that's anything to do with it. How do I view IVMS-4500 on a PC? Do you have a link to a free safe download for PC?
