Lack Authority - Kare CCTV

Hi all,

Have been unable to access playback etc on my CCTV system:

Kare 4 channel NVR
Model: D6694HH
Made in China

The problem started when we changed ISP, have attempted to access any service on it and it states 'Lack Authority'.
Have tried:

As many variations of generic passwords I could find!
Used a master password generator
Removed internal battery to hard reset
Attempted to access IP

I had no instruction booklet and I can not seem to find any support for Kare.

None have helped, aside from throwing in the bin, any other options?

Sorry, I don't think we can offer much help.
I've never come across that brand.

You never know though, somebody with some experience may drop-by ...
