Looking for V5.5.71 build180723 firmware for DS-2DF7286-AEL

Hi,

I got an old PTZ camera DS-2DF7286-AEL and finished installing it over the weekend. I really like the performance and optics of this old camera during daylight, but when the sun goes down, IR doesn't turn on. I can't turn on the supplemental light via the web interface either. I managed to turn the light on using ISAPI, but not the IR. This sounds like a firmware issue to me.

There are some threads on this forum telling that the latest firmware for this camera is 5.5.2_171201, and Hikvision firmware search tool tells the same. However, according to security bulletin HSRC-201808-01 this fw version is vulnerable to CVE-2018-6414, and the fixed version is V5.5.71 build180723. The download links don't work anymore, and I cannot find 5.5.71 anywhere. Old, now defunct urls for the firmware package were:
