I have a DS-KV6113 video doorbell connected to the Hik-Connect app. The problem is that the “Push Notification” option keeps disabling itself automatically.
Even when I don’t restart the phone, the notification setting inside the app unchecks itself after some hours. I already tried: disabling battery optimization, allowing background data, reinstalling the app – but nothing helps.
Has anyone else seen this issue or found a workaround?
