Hi, new to the forum and looking for info re installing a cctv system at home , I have a 2n indoor touch 2 panel which is new, not sure what else I’d need to have as a home system or wether it’s a bit overkill in which case I’m happy to sell it on, hoping for replies , thanks in advance.

The 2N Indoor Touch Panel is primarily for pairing with the 2N Intercoms, if you are not currently planning to install a 2N Intercom then the panel is a bit overkill but it does support Android OS so you could potentially install the mobile app from a 3rd-party CCTV brand on the indoor panel to be able to view your cameras.
In regards to recommending a CCTV system, we need more details of the installation site and what you want to achieve with the system (e.g. what areas do you need to cover, are there specific smart features that you would like, etc...).
