No image through browser on camera settings page?

Does anybody know how to get image to show through browser on camera settings page?

Browsed to my nvr then camera settings page but no video:

LocalServiceControl and WebPluginService must be accepted to run when asked on Windows startup.
Sometimes after a Cumulative Update for Windows, those two plugins must be reinstalled and reboot PC.
If Browser(top right) shows this as installed, then copy the provided link, download and install manually

Which NVR and firmware version? Which browser?:

• If it’s Safari, forget it; support for Mac users is woeful.
• For Windows browsers you may need the latest localservice or plugin installed.
• If it’s a mobile device it’ll likely not work

Can you try the HiToolsDelivery application or iVMS4200 ?
