"No Video" After Resolution Change - Need Help can't access PTZ

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue I'm having with my Hikvision security camera system. I have a HiLook DVR-204Q-M1 connected to four analog cameras.

Version is - V4.75.013, Build 240919

The Problem

I was recently adjusting the settings on one of my cameras through the DVR's PTZ menu. I changed the resolution from 4MP to 5MP, and immediately the camera displayed "No Video." Now, I can't even access the PTZ menu for that camera to change the resolution back.

I have tried a full factory reset however the one camera still shows no Video and I can't access it's menu to change the resolution.

Is there any way to remotely reset the camera to its factory default settings without physically accessing it? The camera is mounted high up, and it's difficult to reach.
Are there any other troubleshooting steps I should try?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Only possible way would be to connect to DVR that supports 5MP or TVI tester device.

You may try changing from TVI to AHD if theres a switch button on camera. 5s long press and you will hear click.
 
Tengo el mismo problema, cambie a 5k20 y la camara mostro sin video, tengo el modelo hikvision iDS-7204HUHI-M1 / S, si alguien encontró la solución desde ya gracias.
