Hi everyone just recently started having this issue of cameras offline after power cut during the night,( never used to happen) the NVR reboots itself and powers up ok, but loses its online status and i am unable to connect remotely when away from home. I can connect with mobile phone app hik connect, when in the house and on the Lan but can't connect when I leave home. Check the NVR status and it says "Offline", so up in the attic and after going through the settings it comes back as status "online" and is fine until the next power cut and it's all to do again, (saving settings each time). Is there a possibility it could be a small battery on the pcb? Needs replacing. Details attached. DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B) is the NVR. Many thanks for any help.

Hi Phil thank you for your time and reply back to me. The button cell in the picture is in fact a CR1220. I have just this minute been up and changed it for a new one which came today from Amazon. The voltage in the old battery read out at 2.7v compared to the new cell battery of 3v. I will let you know how I get on, and, if this has indeed been the problem. Pictures attached. Kind regards.
