NVR to multiple monitors over a large distance

Hello,

So I have 10+ cameras which are used to operate the equipment. up until now, there have only been 2 operators sat next to each other so a DVR with 2 HDMI outputs to 2 screens was fine.
I'm now updating the entire system using PoE and an NVR and have been asked to allow multiple monitors over various distances to each to be able to flick through the cameras individually. anyone with any experience that can help? there can't be any lag on 6 screens as the will be for operators
would appreciate any help

A 6908 decoder would allow you to add up to eight HDMI monitors, but I'm not sure how you would then enable each operator to choose change what is on their local monitor.
