I've spent hours trying to sort this and going around in circles, so any help would be appreciated:
The DVR is a iDS-7208HUHI-K1 / 4S(B)
and the IP Camera is a DS-2CD2347G1-LU
It's been working fine for years and then has become a little unreliable over the last few weeks and constantly showing as 'offline' on the Hik-Connect app, albeit still managing recordings to the DVR.
It's connected via Homeplugs / Powerline but i don't think that's the issue as I can connect to the Hik-Connect app using the camera's serial number and watch the camera that way.
SADP shows both the DVR and the IP camera, logging into their control panels via browser and their IPs works fine without any issues. The network settings are the same on both. The IP addresses are fixed and not the issue.
It shows as "Offline (IP camera exception)"
And when I enable Platform Access Mode to Hik-Connect that changes to: "Offline (Network Abnormal)"
Any tips at all?
thanks
