Hik Vision device offline?

Hi,

Hoping you can help.

My device keeps showing on the hik connect app as offline. When I reset the internet it seems to come back on again but not for very long. It says check network connection yet everything is connected and working fine. I now can't seem to login via my IP address online either and it won't let me do a password reset.

Any suggestions would be great.

Hello,

I have two cameras that are wired in.

Hikvision is a DS-7204HQI-F1/N

It works for so long then goes offline then if I turn the internet off and back on again it will come back on. We never used to have a problem and it just stayed on. Can’t work out what to do to make it just stay! Thanks
