Recommendation for Best non-CCP-sourced NVR/IP Cameras

What non-CCP-sourced brands would you recommend for best quality for the price? I'd like to avoid CCP-sourced equipment as I assume they contain backdoors.

I guess the NVR itself is the most critical. If the NVR has multiple NICs, the cameras could be put on their own subnet so they have no internet access.

Interestingly, up to now, this issue is typically only raised in the USA, due to the NDAA.

You'd be looking at brands such as Axis and Hanwha.

But increasingly Taiwanese manufacturers such as Vivotek and GeoVision are producing NDAA compliant IP cameras and NVRs too.
I know (was told last week) that Vivotek's new NVR will be available from April.
