Reolink IP Camera and Hikvision NVR - 'the network is unreachable'

Hello, I am struggling to link a new IP camera to my CCTV system. The arrangement is Hikvision DS7204 H1H1-K1 on version V3.5.22 Build 170927 (up to date) and the camera is Reolink RLC-510WA v3.1.0.764_21121712. Both independently work fine, and on fixed IPs = 192.168.1.30 and 192.168.1.14 respectively. Both on the LAN by ethernet cable direct to the router. Camera on separate supply not POE. The camera is ONVIF compliant and on D2, but is not connecting giving 'the network is unreachable'. (I have another Yoosee IP camera on D1 connecting ok). I am guessing this is a port configuration issue and would welcome help please? Here are some pictures.... Thanks Nic

Now sorted - I needed to turn on all the camera Ports!
