SADP status

I have reset my Hikvision camera DS-2CD2041G1-IDW1 back to factory settings. I then go to SADP to reset paaword but the Status box shows Active. This means I can't go any further as the status needs to show InActive to continue. any help would be much appreciated.

How did you reset the camera?

If you did a hard reset using the reset button on the camera, did you follow the steps in the guide below?

I did the reset as your description thank you. The reset button is under a flap and is next to the SD card plug in. I have tried resetting several times and get the same result each time.
