Samsung SRD-850DC - Remote PTZ not working

Hi,
I have a SRD-850DC DVR and a SPC-6000 controller. I am able to view the video streams via the typing in the IP address to a browser (sometimes) and im able to view them via smartviewer application.

I cant get the PTZ functionality working via either the browser or smartviewer however. I feel like I've tried everything.

Any Ideas?
