Samsung svr firmware

Need it for svr series units

Depending on your model, you should be able to find it from Samsung AKA Hanwha's own website, specifically on the product page for that model.

strangely I cannot find any svr model on their support pages

What is the exact model?

Kieran its the svr 1645 and svr 3200 and lastly svr 960

all running 1.4 or 1.6

I've been unable to find firmware for any of these models either, strange stuff.

You might want to get in touch with Hanwha's support team directly and request it.

its does seem quite strange I agree

found an old usb stick with version 1.10 and a list of improvements so will update to that for now

How is it possible? Maybe you just missed out some details of it. try searching it though or better yet contact the support team as they have much info with regards to it. There are series of tutorials online, maybe there's some technical error as of the moment. Try to check some updates with regards to smart viewer firmware versions.
