I have a few Spro cameras and I'm constantly have issues with them randomly power cycling (I confirmed auto reboot is off) and issues trying to view them remotely. When I view them on my NVR it's a black screen, but when I click on them it shows the image. When I try to view them remotely I get a network error message "as if" I have no internet at my home. But other brands of cameras work fine.
If I try to view them view my laptop I can never view them live as I need to download a discontinued plugin that can't be found and yhe manufactured is not willing to help.
Should I just toss them and cut my loses?
