First of all, good morning, I would like to ask your help regarding a recorder that I installed recently.
Here is the model of the recorder:
DVR-104G-F1
What is happening is the following:
This recorder has a camera beyond the four he has. This last camera does not work in the Hik-Connect application.
We found that there are different builds for each recorder, as follows:
The top one works with the larger build, the bottom one does not.
In this place we have three of these recorders, we tried to update the firmware through your website and the file did not work in any of the 3.
We contacted an authorized assistance here near our city, but they were unable to resolve it.
I would like to know if there is any trick to this problem.
