Door Entry Unable to get Hikvision to home WiFi?

I have the Hikvision DS-KB6403 doorbell installed with HK Connect app on a Samsung S9+ Android.
I've reset the door bell and want to reinstall as device was saying offline.

At the voice prompt after scanning QR code, I reach "Configure WiFi", I check circle to confirm device has started.

Next screen says, Connect to a WiFi network. This takes me to the mobile settings for WiFi, and shows phone is connected to WiFi.

I'm not able to get to the screen to enter WiFi SID, Password for HikVision doorbell to connect to home WiFi.

Help appreciated
