Unable to get Platform access online for all cameras?

Hi there. I have 3 cameras on my system, and all was working fine. I can now for some reason not get notifications to my phone.

All my cameras on platform access are offline and I don’t know how to get them back online.

On my NVR ( DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P ) it shows the platform access is online .

Have you changed ISP?
Or perhaps replaced your router?
 
Is this still the same?
There have been reports of Hik-Connect server-side issues, and also with some latest updates to the App.
 
What firmware is your NVR using please?
Is your phone Apple or Android?
Using Hik-Connect?
What version of the Hik-Connect App?

Hik - connect app version 4.26.1
 
Hi, just got some notifications through. Haven’t done anything so not sure what has happened. But hopefully it had sorted itself .
