Upload video to NVR?

Is it possible to upload video to NVR via ISAPI ?
Or there is some anothey way?

So camera was offline but record video to SD card, I want to download video from Hik camera and upload it to NVR.
ANR works only for constant recording (not for record by Event or Motion) so ANR not a solution here.

There are no upload nodes metioned in isapi doc, just went trought every 250 sheets

Only think i can think of, merge the event videos in some program to a single bigger file.

Run that file with VLC and create a streaming RTSP url, add it on some NVR channel as RTSP stream camera.

Yeap, idea with creating of RTSP stream looks good.
Can somehow Hikvision NVR understand that this RTSP stream is not a realtime and record it with correct timestamp (e.g. 1 day before) ? (Guess, no )

I googled free software NVR and think that will upload video to them.
This is a simplest solution to don't lost video from SD-cards.

But really strange that in 2024 ANR functionality so dump (((
