User locked

Hi there is problem in my IP camera its the IP address and username password is correct but wen i am adding camera its shows user is locked.

i am geting a problem wen i am going to add new camera but camera is active after adding camera its showing error user is locked.

That looks like your camera's firmware version rather than its model number.
The model number typically begins DS-2CD.... etc.
