FAQ View live and get recorded video via rtsp

Hi, thank you for reading this post.

I have some NVRs (KBVision and HIK) with cameras connected to them. Is there any general RTSP format that I can view the live streams from those NVRs and get the recorded video using a time stamp? Thank you very much.
