Why do I have 3 good cameras and 1 bad?

My newest camera is great at daylight but as soon as the Sun goes down I get this image - Bottom Left?
I have tried B/W, Colour Day and Night, Auto and RESET

It is struggling with the IR reflected from the bush on the right and the wall on the left.

If it has an adjustable lens, then zoom-in to only see the gate - exclude the problem areas (bush & wall).
If it can't be adjusted, replace it.
If you can't replace it, test some tweaks; trim/tie-back the foliage.

there is a sub menu on the camera via the 4 way toggle switch that I now cannot get to - after trying various combinations of settings etc
