Wrong type of camera? (no cat5 / network connector)

Hi guys ,
I have a hickvision box and was looking to add some cameras . I believe I have the wrong type of cameras
Box is DS7600 nvr
Cameras are DS-2CE72HFT-F28
I can’t return the cameras as bought privately .
They do not have a cat 5 connector.
Will I have to sell them and buy new cameras or could these work ?

You will either have to replace the NVR for a DVR to match your cameras (which are HDTVI) or replace the cameras with IP models to match the NVR.
