Hi guys could do with some advice i have had to replace a camera but it is no longer available it is DS−2CE72HFT−F on analog system DVR DS-724HQI-k1 . What camera can I use supplier gave me DS-2CE72KFOT-LFS .can't get picture i don't think its compatible. Help please thanks

Your DS-7204HQHI-K1 will only accept cameras up to and including 2 megapixel resolution

That model is a 5 megapixel / 3K resolution model and so out of the box it isn't compatible. You would have to either plug it into a DVR that supports 5 megapixel/3K or a HDTVi test monitor in order to access the cameras internal menu, which may allow you to switch it to output a 2 megapixel signal. Otherwise....

What camera can I use

You need any Hikvision camera listed as 2 megapixel resolution. (or upgrade the DVR to a newer model that will support 5 megapixel cameras)
