Oh my goodness, I'm thinking about it now! Each Keypad includes a DIP Switch... And I do have two intercom-equipped entrances... Am I correct in assuming that the DIP switch address should not be the same? Could this possibly be the cause of my problems?

Thanks for the reply, Region is Israel in Hik-Connect. Maybe you are right, but then I was expecting to see EU in the address of Hik-connect server since we are much closer to Europe than SGP, which stands for Singapore location.

Same Server location is set automatically for the DVR? Not sure why sgp and how to change it ( until now it revert my changes)
