Hik-Connect DVR DS-7616NXI-I2 unable to find it via Hik-Connect?

Hello there,
I need your help, guys, because I've tried everything.
The issue is that I can't find my device in Hik Connect.
I attempted to delete him from my account and re-add him, but I couldn't find him.
I looked for it in my phone app but couldn't find it.
I tried to remove the Hik Connect feature from the DVR and reenable it, but yet again I couldn't find it.
I tried deleting the account from hik-Connect and starting over, but I still can't find it.
8.8.8.8 or 192.168.1.1 is my GW's DNS address.

It used to work untill i reset to default since then i cant find it anymore.


Intercom is being added, though not on the server I want, but it is working fine under "litedev.eu.hik-connect.com" (I believe I should be under eu, but I started a separate discussion for that).

OK, i was able to fix it.. Somehow, my default gateway IP was removed ...
We can resolve this case
