Hi @fatalitos
If you have minimal ambient lighting around your property, we would recommend using either the standard AcuSense IR Turrets like the DS-2CD2346G2-IU & the DS-2CD2386G2-IU or the Hybrid Light Turrets like the DS-2CD2347G2H-LIU & the DS-2CD2387G2H-LIU.
Hi @imtiyazp
As far as we are aware, when downloading footage from the web interface you will need to use the VSPlayer and there is no option to change the file format of the downloaded footage.
We think this is probably to do with the fact that the web footage is compressed/encrypted to...
Hi @cameraciguzeli
What firmware version is your 7616NXI-K2 NVR currently running?
Are you saying that under the Configuration > System > Live View menu you don't have the settings to configure different outputs for HDMI & VGA?
Can you please share a screenshot/photo of the Live View menu on...
Hi @warpy
Yes, contacting the original seller is probably the best way to try and straighten out exactly what model you have and what firmware version it should be using.
One final thing that I just noticed, the product pages you've screenshotted above are not actually for your camera model...
Thanks @warpy
As I expected this Pro version of this model is clearly region-specific (either US or Malaysia - that Pro webpage is from the MY/Malaysia Hikvision website) and you probably won't be able to use any firmware from our usual UK/EU firmware sources.
If the Pro model has been removed...
Hi @bchong
The 192.168.0.247 address is most likely your local hard-wired IP address, these door station models support WiFi so the other address is most likely your WiFi IP address for the device.
When you log in with a browser, you can go to the network settings and disable WiFi (if you plan...
Hi @bchong
See the instructions in our forum guide below:

You'll need to log in to the door station with a browser, enable Platform Access, and then...
Hi @warpy
I'm not aware of a Pro version of this model, we have only ever seen this model listed as a Value model.
Can you please log in to the camera, go to Configuration > System > Basic Information, and confirm what the "Firmware Version Property" is for this camera? (should be the last box...
Hi @imtiyazp
Yes, that is how we understood what they had said.
It is very annoying, we can understand that if these models are meant as very basic, simple system NVRs then some features & settings have to be removed to keep the NVRs performance stable and power consumption low, but if that...
Thanks @imtiyazp
I've asked Hikvision support about this Virtual Host issue and their response is below, unfortunately it's not good news:
"Hi, the SSD NVR does not support the virtual host due to the device's performance limitation (it is a low-end mini NVR)."
I then asked them how users...
Thanks @imtiyazp
There has actually been a newer firmware released in the last few weeks - V4.30.400_240319
Can you please try updating to this firmware and see if that adds the Virtual Host feature?
We haven't really been hands-on with these SSD Mini NVRs, so we don't know all of the...
Hi @Boarders
As far as we are aware, the only ColorVu turret with the 1/1.2" sensor is the DS-2CD2387G2-LU
The specific model you've been recommended is a Live-Guard model which includes the strobe light & audible alarm features, if you don't absolutely need these features then you could use...
Hi @atca
What you've shared above is one possible solution, but there are some potential problems.
Mounting Height: It is quite common to soffit mount cameras but only when covering longer/larger areas, with the 7-10m area you have to cover if you soffit mount you will mainly be looking down...
