I'm having exactly the same issue, notifications are delayed up to an hour! This happened around 7.30pm today UK time and before I installed V27 of Hikconnect. Any idea when this will be fixed?

I've installed the patch firmware, still the same green box issue unfortunately. If I change from H265+ to H264 or H265 I have the green box issue or playback won't load on Hikconnect. I don't want to use H265+ because it's causing freezing/choppy playback. Any advice?

Do you have the link for the latest firmware for DS-7616NI-12/16P NVR? Did they manage to fix the green screen/no more connections allowed on this device issue?

Is it affecting the Samsung S21 Ultra? I uninstall the App and now I can't reinstall it, just keeps crashing and saying there's a bug in the app

I have the DS-7616NI-12/16P NVR. Last year I had to install older firmware due to the "no more connections allowed on this device" issue. Has this issue been resolved with new firmware?

Is there a fix for this issue yet?

The "No more connections allowed on this device" issue with new 8mp Colorvu cameras and I series NVR, does anyone know when Hikvision are going to sort this out? It's been a while now.

Mine wont work with H265, that's when when the no more connections allowed on this device comes on! Really wish Hikvision would sort this out it's very annoying

The problem seems worse when I use H264 or H265, it improves with H264+ or H265+, but then the playback is jumpy.
