My wireless magnet detector is showing as disconnected so i am no longer able to arm my house alarm. It was fitted over 2 years ago and this is the first issue I have had.
I have tried removing battery and leaving for abit and using a new battery but does not help - when i switch it back on the there is green light for a second then the amber flashes
The detector has no signal and is showing offline, any ideas what might be causing this and how i can try to fix
Unfortunately as the device is offline i cant bypass to set the alarm and my installer is on vacation for 2 weeks.
