Unable to export and import Excel file for Allowist and Blockist list for ANPR camera

Hi, I have got an Anpr camera, but i am unable to export the allowist and blockist excel file via the nvr as it keeps coming up with an error saying windows cant access this disc. Please could anyone help me out. See attachment below for full error message.

If this is about a Hikvision ANPR, then try re-installing both plugins necessary for iVMS4200 or browser: Webplugins and LocalServiceComponents.
Edge always works, sometimes you may need to try twice. You can also use HiToolsDelivery, instead of browser or IVMS.
This always exports, without problem, Device parameters and information files for cameras and NVR

I had the same issue and found that saving the Excel file as .csv before importing worked. Just make sure the format matches exactly—no extra columns or weird characters.

I had the same issue before, and what worked for me was downloading a free Excel template. I used that exact sheet to copy my data in, without changing any formatting or column names. After that, the import worked fine. Also, make sure your Excel file is saved in the older .xls format, not .xlsx.
