Evening all, Not sure if this has been covered already (could not find it if it has). Can one connect the AX PRO to IVMS-4200 and get pop-ups alarms lets say with the wireless triple signal detector with the camera mount. And doing this with port forwarding of the Hub IP on the router. Thanks

Hi, thanks for the message. So far so good. I have not had any problems with those thermals. They work great when it comes to line crossing and intrusion and getting good distances with them.

Hi, Hope everyone is well. I want to purchase a 8 channel Hikvision DVR and Hikvision cameras with line crossing. As I am not familiar with the DVR's from Hikvision, does anyone know which DVR/camera series is the best and will allow for these type of smart events. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply Phil. Yes I did look at the data sheet and as you mention there is no IP-rating. I will be on the safe side and rather Google and purchase an outdoor rated mag-lock.

I will send something to Hikvision South Africa and my suppliers tech team on this to see if they have any suggestions and will keep everyone updated. Again these thermals/IR camera are great and reduce a lot of false alarms that one gets on the usual IR and even ColorVu cameras. You can...

@ChrisCCTV thanks a lot brother. I have made the changes but it shows that it's one hour behind. I am in South Africa so DST would not be set based on there being no Daylight savings here. I have set it manually for now and hoping it stays the way I set it.

Looks like Hikvision made a bunch of changes on this NVR after doing the firmware update. I am hoping this will also help this issue. I will monitor the NVR from here. Thanks @johnfitzy
