So from iVMS I get the same behaviour where the file cannot be found? I will attach screenshots of both. iVMS and Hik-connect. A separate question but should I not see an extra button in hik-connect for speeding up and slowing down footage?

I’ve just gone through the dimensions and DS-1280ZJ-DM21 seems to be the same as DS-1280ZJ-PT6. Will DS-1280ZJ-DM21 be ok?

I have fixed it. I upgraded the DVR to the latest and the issue has gone away. This must have been triggered by the new hik connect version because it has been fine for over a year?
