Hi,

I have just started to get Abnormal shutdown on my DVR? It seems to be when I connect from Hik-Connect? I’ve filtered them out and they started on 27th Nov?

My firmware is V4.26.001 build 200617 it says mine is the latest?

Anyone else had this since upgrading to the new version of the hik-connect app? IOS the app is too.

I have fixed it. I upgraded the DVR to the latest and the issue has gone away. This must have been triggered by the new hik connect version because it has been fine for over a year?
