Since the most recent update to HPP (Version: 2.3.640 Update at: 2023-08-18 10:20:22), some of my managed sites now show up as green on live view. Playback is fine. It works fine in Hik Connect and the browser.

Does anybody have any experience with ethernet over coaxial extenders?
I have taken over an install where one is used. Never used them before but every few weeks the extender needs rebooting. Are they not reliable or does the extender perhaps need replacing?

For some reason I can no longer access the settings (cog) via the app. It’ll time out and ask for my login. Nothing has been intentionally changed within the settings. I also can’t view in the browser. Port forwarding still remains setup.

Slowly learning with networking and struggling to get my head around subnet masks. My router is defaulted to 192.168.1.64 - 192.168.1.253. Subnet is 255.255.255.0.
I want to change the above to 172.32.x.x. However it won’t allow it… it will allow 172.16.x.x

I have added my 4 cameras to the Ax Pro alarm and they work fine initially. After some time though, the footage it sends via the app/email is wrong.
The camera is correct but the footage is from hours ago, or even the previous day!

I just setup my ax pro with no real issues. However I get no app notifications in the hik connect pro app. My control panel has push notifications enabled and so does the app. I receive CCTV health monitoring notifications but nothing on my alarm.
