Hi. Recently installed a 4mp ip cam to my dvr which allows 2 x 4mp ip cameras. I have had to change the cam res to 2mp because it won't show any picture and says no resources. When I change the cam to 2mp it works fine. Can anyone help me resolved this. I believe its to do with the bit rate. Tia

I'm trying to find out if a ptz camera is compatible with my hvr. The cameras is DS-2DE2C400SCG-E and my hvr is ids-7204HQHIK1/2S(B). And also would the cable from the router plug into the poe switch and a cable from the poe swith to the hvr? Thanks in advance

Carnt seem to find a firmwear update for IDS-7204HQHI-K1 (B) only the (c) version. Can anyone help me please? Currently running hvr 4.0 the latest version is 5.0. Tia
