I have four Hikvision cameras of the same series. I configured and installed one of them. I'm working with Mac Air and using Chrome browser.
Ping on the static addresses work;
Browser access to camera ok, live viewing ok , camera is also displayed on iVMS4200;
PROBLEM: In the Advanced Network Settings page, access to the HikConnect platform is OFFLINE and this prevents the cameras from being displayed on the HiKConnect APP.
What do you suggest I do? Please help me, thanks

Solution
I solved the problem. It was a wrongly wired cable that did not allow publication on the public internet.
Thank you all
Thanks for your reply.
1) From both accesses the camera appears OFFLINE, while accessing with the browser I see the live view page
2) in the main DNS server I set the Google one to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary one to 8.8.4.4

- I used to have your configuration but I had issues so changed to this below. Also check the green note for UPnP mode, third picture
- I use the eu server: litedev.eu.hik-connect.com(don't know if there is a difference)
- and ipv6 is enabled(I don't know if this matters too)
- What I noticed when added the hybrid a month ago, is that I had to restart phone not just close hikconnect, logout iVMS and restart PC.
This could possibly be a server delay to accept or something else. I did not have this problem the past 4 years
