Can only view my cameras when am on the same network and how can I unbind any account connected to my DVR? Model no. DS-7108HQHI-F1/N and is it possible to add a dvr to my phone app without being on the same network with the DVR?

If you use Hik-Connect and add the DVR via the serial number method, you'll be able to view the cameras on any network.
