Hik-Connect Adding M Series to Hik Connect - "this device model is not supported"?

Tried to setup Hik Connect today after using direct DDNS connection for years.

The NVR says its registration status is 'Online', so I scan in the QR code on the screen of the NVR with Hik Connect on my phone, and get this error

I have made up a verification code in the NVR settings, cant see one on the box or the NVR to add in.

Device is a 7732NI-M4 - 4.63.005 firmware, and using Hik Connect on iPhone version 5.2.1.20230508

hm, changed the Version in the platform access screen from 3.0 to 2.0 and its added now

I was just about to post that. Mine was already linked when I saw the new protocol version that appeared in 4.63.000. It did stay online on V3.0 but the Event, Human, Vehicle filter that 4.63.000 introduced disappeared so I switched it back. Kyle reported that V3.0 is not yet supported.

PS - Blank out QR codes or serial numbers when you post images (they reveal your serial number etc Rich!)
