Hik-Connect App is not opened in cell phone even if it gets the notification?

I have a DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) and 4 cell phones to get the incoming call.
Have NO display installed.
It is connected by WIFI.

Even if the cells phones are configured equally, notifications, permissions, etc. Only one sound always when somebody call, but the others, get immediately the notification message, but they random open the app to let answer the call.

I supposed there was a difference between those configurated by phone number than those configurated by email, but even changing this, the problem remains.

And one more thing, sometimes it opens the call many minutes later in some of those that haven't open the app in the real moment somebody call?

Did you share device, or did you log in on the same account on 4 phones?
There was a problem in the past with sharing intercom.
 
I have share the devices, because I bought it and the seller installed in one cell phone, and I started to share with my family member cell phones.
 
But how did you share?

Is every phone got its own account and you did Device Share, or did you simply logged in to same account on multiple phones
 
No, just the main phone has the option to share when you click on 3 point while whatching the camera (Share, Configuration, Add Group are the options)
and there you share with a user , defining email or phone number. At least is the only way I understand can be share
 
Try logging in on multiple phones with same account and see if anything changes.
