Ax Pro outdoor siren Ds-ps1-e-wb sometimes with no sound.

I have an Ax Pro with 1.3 firmware version, two external sirens, one of them is not working properly, some time when alarm go-off, the siren only flash but with no sound, some times works properly but most of the time it didn't. I sent the unit to the seller, they sent me a new one but the problem persist.
Any ideas?

SOLVED
I made a downgrade from 1.3 to 1.2.9 and now is working perfectly.
Stay out of the 1.3 firmware.
