Can I run POC cameras on my POE system?

I have a QVIS NVR running POE (Power Over Ethernet) cameras. I was wondering if I can run a PoC (Power over Co-ax) camera on this system and if so what settings changes would I need to make?

Hi @Timeman2

To add analog PoC cameras to a PoE Network system you would need to connect the analog cameras to an Encoder to convert the analog video signal into a network data signal.

We don't usually recommend this though because the Encoders usually cost as much or more than a replacement IP PoE camera.
