Cctv camera getting line

I have some camera using with DVR, the camera getting line in background picture and flurt also, some camera day time working fine but, minite 2 o clock to morning 8 o clock not working properly plz guide some one.

It would be helpful to know the make and model numbers of your equipment?
And, if you can upload a screenshot of the problem image that would really help too
