Firmware Correct Firmware for my Hikvision DS-7716NXI-I4 / 16P/S (c) NVR?

I find the firmware for Hikvision so confusing.

I have the DS-7716NXI-I4 / 16P/S (c) but this firmware gives an error 0x05242887??

I am assuming incompatible. Any ideas what the correct firmware is?

Hi @MarcF

I assume you are trying to update to the latest V5.2.006 Firmware?

We didn't make it super clear in our original post, but this firmware is only compatible with the latest (E) version of these I-series NVRs and not the (C) version you have.

The latest firmware for your (C) model is V4.62.200
