Double images in all cameras? Ghosting?

BTW, we did this work with my brother in law. If you are guessing that, maybe is the reason of all my problems hahah. In fact, I didn't know about NVR solutions. I would've chosen that solution instead DVR. . Now it's too late.

No not necessarily. It's more that the cameras are sharing a PSU when Hikvision may recommend one adaptor per camera. I had a similar situation on a job a number of years ago and wasted time installing bigger supplies rather than additional supplies. To fix it you can either use a 12V 1Amp plug in adapter per camera or a PSU that provides separate outputs for each camera.
