DS-2CD2342WD-I 4mp and Browser Not Supported in IE mode

Hi all,

Hope you're all well, long time no see. I've had to resetup my IP cameras last week due to a network subnet change and are having some issues.

I used to use Edge's IE7 mode to access my older cameras, but my DS-2CD2342WD-I running V5.5.82 build 190220 now gives me a browser not supported error.

Is there another way around it or am I stuck with only using the NVR settings available through the camera now?

You could try the following, not sure if it'll help but it did for me. Create a new notepad document and paste this into it:

CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true

Save the file as OpenIE.vbs

Open that file from the desktop and pop your cameras IP in the address bar.

I have 6 nvr and 330 ip cameras is it possible to connect them together and how to connect them with the switches maybe how many switches
