DS-2CD2383G0-I IP Camera Banding with new Floodlight

I just installed a 100W floodlight and it is causing the cameras to 'band' (I believe this is the correct way of referring to it).

Here is an example:

These bands slowly move continously down the screen. Although it doesn't cover the entire image, just as much as I have shown in the screen shot.

Has anyone else had this problem?

It's not a problem that I have ever seen with IP cameras.
A similar problem was common with analogue/co-ax cameras and was typically caused by earth impedance loops, so perhaps double-check your cabling, earthing screens to ground, etc.
