Hmm... it's not too bad if you can still see the cameras on the phone...

First easiest thing to try is rebooting the NVR.

What was the last thing you remember doing before this happened?

Do you see the cameras if you use your computer and log into the NVR web GUI? like this:

I waa thinking you had 9 PTZ 's was going to ask if you win the lotto
I'm thinking of getting one static camera to which one is good?

So hard to say... depends on what's it's looking at and how much light you have at night...

For sure, stick to the Hikvision brand since you have a Hikvision NVR.

Mine are DS-2CD2387G2-LU... these are ColorVu (color at night) cameras that work well for me, but I have lots of ambient light at night.

A big mistake I made was getting all 2.8mm focal length cameras... they have a very wide angle that I really didn't need... the 4mm version of the camera would have been a better choice for most of mine (where the cameras are looking at overlapping views).

Changes you make on the NVR console GUI (TV) will not change how the PTZ camera auto-tracks... The auto-tracking is no perfect and will not work every time.

Since you are using an intrusion detection event to start the auto-tracking, you can check the settings you have here on the camera GUI:

Threshold is the number of seconds the camera must see a target before it starts the event... reduce this if it is not already at 0.

Sensitivity is just what is sounds like, increase it if it is not already at 100.

You can also try setting a very small "Min Size" here:

Can I restore it back to settings when i changed setting on tv? What I was trying to do make a area that could move to where my neighbour is because she keeps putting things like eccles cakes that can kill my dog. Or can't i make the camera do that it's pointed
to our cars
